Fragola has been created in 2002, as a result of our sheer admiration and fascination for Italy and Italian cuisine. Our journey has begun from hand-crafted ice cream – having close friends in Italy has helped us discover the secrets of traditional ice cream making, which we aimed to introduce in Poland. We use highest quality, all natural ingredients – milk, cream, Belgian chocolate, Polish and Italian fruits. Since the beginning we produce all of our ice cream every day, in-house, in both Galeria Mokotów and Złote Tarasy – this creates the unique taste and freshness.
Over the years, we have changed our décor as well as introduced a higher variety of products. Using our high-quality products, we have started serving light Mediterranean cuisine – the one we like the most. Every dish in our menu has been first prepared at our home, if we like them – they are introduced in the menu. We are a family business and we are striving to continue our legacy.
